I would like to express my thanks for the good wishes and flowers from the Kirk following my announcement at the Gala Day that this year would be my last on the Gala Day Committee. It's nice to know you're appreciated.
I have enjoyed my time on the Committee and have had the opportunity to meet many people from the village whom I would otherwise not have come across. For newcomers to the village especially those with children it's a great way to get involved in the community.
